Lainie has danced since she could walk, studying ballet,  expressive movement,  contact improv, modern and jazz dance.  She performed with Village Folk, an international folk dance group, and is currently a member of the Toronto-based community dance company, PushPULL. She graduated from The Nia Technique body-mind intensive training for professionals in the fitness, health and wellness field. She is a certified Brown Belt Nia teacher and Moving to Heal teacher, teaching people of all ages, genders, body types, abilities and

fitness levels.
